Sažetak
The possibilities of adoption of the existing device known as the Voltage Balance ETF-84 (ETF is the abbreviation of the previous original title of FER) are considered to enable an electrostatic operation with a voltage of 100 kV and a weight of 1 kg. The balance itself and the isolation of a high voltage electrode have to be reconstructed, as well as the high voltage resistor specially designed for this purpose.
