Sažetak
Financial institutions, banks, investment funds, brokerage firms, companies and other business institutions employ all kinds of financial experts, account managers, lawyers and other experts. Their position is dynamic, stressful and responsible. Every financial institution is founded on a human capital. Human resource management today is seen as a profit resource, not as an expense. Efficient, educated and motivated employees produce real, added value to every system. They make a difference between successful and average companies. Managing human capital can improve the value of an employee through real skills distribution, activity and employee knowledge in line with business goals and strategies.
