Sažetak
Civil engineering middle size firms are, especially in transitional countries, mostly result of failure of grand business systems. Thanks to certain circumstances these business subjects can survive and successfully maintain themselves in marketing. Middle size firms have high velour of temporary property (civil engineering technology) what makes them interesting in market. Their success depends on intensity and difference of marketing activities. Therefore definition of marketing organization needs out attention. That means that we need to ground specialties, activities and marketing organization structure in civil engineering middle size firms.
