Sažetak
This article describes two related campaigns. One campaign sought to improve support for a public broadcasting station in the United States. The other campaign's goal was the creation of a public broadcasting system in Croatia. The two campaigns are presented together to emphasize the differences that culture and stage of national development can impose on what would otherwise be similar campaigns.
