Sažetak
The author points out that the authors of the referenced paper are apparently unaware of another paper which also presents an analytical method for estimating radiation on inclined surfaces (see S.A. Klein and J.C. Theilacker, 1981) giving similar results to those obtained by U.V. Desnica et al. The authors reply to the comments, apologising for overlooking the reference. They also point out that there is a difference between their method and that of S.A. Klein (5 References).
