Sažetak
This paper presents a survey-based approach to the evaluation of online courses that are a component of a hybrid university course. A total of 69 items was created for a survey designed to evaluate diverse attributes of online courses. The evaluation of each attribute was performed regarding its qualitative aspects, and also in relation to how much a specific attribute contributes to the hybrid university course as a whole. One group of 72 university students used this survey to evaluate the e-learning course "Online communication", and another group of 120 students used the same survey to evaluate the e-learning course "Informatics". The survey method proved effective in identifying the attributes of an online course that were in most need of improvement regarding their use within the hybrid university course as a whole. The results of this study are discussed in relation to quality in e-learning, usability of online courses, and the instructional design process.
