Sažetak
In 2005 Croatian higher education curricula underwent a significant reform in order to comply to requirements of the Bologna Process. This paper examines the ways it affected cataloguing instruction at the Department of Library and Information Sciences at the Faculty of Philosophy in Osijek, Croatia. In the past, education for cataloguing and classification in Croatia traditionally had a prominent place in a library school curriculum which was a direct reflection of library community attitude toward cataloguing. The adoption of shared cataloguing seem to have reduced the importance of education for cataloguing and classification in the eyes of some library schools.
