Sažetak
The subject of the paper is logistical factors which determining business efficiency of a port of nautical tourism. Author clearly and systematically expounded development of a modern port of nautical tourism, subject to the influence of the environment and analysed the trend in variation of logistical business factors as well as the indicators of business efficiency. In a world of growing globalisation that fosters technological development, human potential is decisive for the functioning of a port of nautical tourism as the most important logistical factor whose knowledge and creativity make excellent quality of services and business effectiveness possible. The business efficiency derives from correctly diagnosed logistical factors that are decisive for designing organisation, thus enabling a dynamical optimisation of the port of nautical tourism. The most important logistical factors have been defined and an adequate model has been suggested, which is suitable for examining the positioning of the nautical port on the market and planning short-term business and development politics.
