Sažetak
The study included 180 men that experienced combat and war stress. 79% had current posttraumatic stress disorder and 31% had depression as comorbid diagnosis. The methods used for the assessment of diagnosis were both psychiatrical and psychological. The correlation among different assessment methods and indicators of depression was significant, but mild or moderate. Authors conclude that it is necessary to include as many assessment methods or indicators of depression and PTSD in the diagnosis as possible.
