Sažetak
This paper shows typical istrian foods and drinks and their importance in the tourist offer and consumption. The aim of this research was to overlook the possibilities of enrichment in the tourist supply in order to enlarge the consumption. Also we will identify the presence of domestic istra's meals and beverages, the level of their recognition, and their frequency and increasement in use. Based upon the cause and aims in this research we have set a hypothesis that claims: with a better knowledge and larger variety of offered food and beverages in the tourist offer it is possible to increase the frequency of using and increase the level of out board expenditure.
