Sažetak
Recently the countries in transition have been become very interesting for the multinational companies, i.e. for their direct investments. The extend to which FDI would contribute to the development of these countries (including Croatia) would depand upon the consensus between the investors and host country and its national interests, especially hose of economic nature defined by the strategy of the overall economic development.
