Sažetak
A great part of ICT services today are operating based on the model of traditional content providers connected to service providers and telecom operators. In spite of the fact that the number of services is continuously growing, this growth is not as rapid as it could be. In addition, ICT services in operation are characterized by delayed market response, much larger then estimated. This article is about the application that should change this situation and produce opposite effect because it puts users in the focus. The intention was to create the system which will provide fast, simple and inexpensive way of publishing and retrieving short-lived content using free-text formulations sent by SMS/MMS messages, allowing all mobile network end users to become at the same time content providers and content consumers.
