Sažetak
The role of the value of the in-medium nucleon-nucleon cross section on nuclear dynamics at intermediate energies is studied within the framework of a semiclassical transport model. Particular attention is payed to the early reaction phase and the effects produced on the energy transformed into heat and compression as well as on the prompt dynamical emission.
