Sažetak
The hotel offer is a complex market product, which conceals many efforts and hard work of employed in the hotel industry. Management plays an important role here. Its goal is to direct its activities towards the realization of the most efficient functioning of a hotel enterprise and to form a hotel offer that can achieve and sustain competitiveness at the tourist market. The successfulness of a hotel management is visible through finding the best way to manage hotel enterprises in often very changeable and uncertain environment. The hotel enterprise environments, i.e. global economic, technological, social, political and cultural changes, which happen quickly, influence all business elements, as well as forming of qualitative and competitive hotel offer.
