Sažetak
Terrorism as a general and global threaten requires antiterroristic relation from all subjects of global community. Its transnational nature requires cooperation among all states in order to face that general threaten. Efficacious combating of terrorism is based on political consensus about its definition and political support to antiterroristic measures and activities, undertaken due to the international law, in every individual case. These conditions, unfortunately, are not completely full in international community. But, no matter the nonexistence of generalaccepted definition of terrorism and neccesary level of political will in all relevant subjects, it is our duty to use this moment which has taken place after the 11.09.2001. It is therefore very important to harmonize our join approach to the combating of terrorism. Republic of Croatia has put many efforts in fighting against terrorism on domestic and international area. Republic of Croatia starts from one presumption: efficacious repulsing of terrorism is primarly based on cooperation of all interested states. Cooperation of states is specially important in the area of exchanging relevant informations connected and related with terrorism.
