Sažetak
This is a critical review of M. Poncelet's book "Une utopie post-tiersmondiste: La dimension culturelle du developpement", that particularly stresses that development should be interpreted as cultural and civilizational process. The author contests the operating concepts of development, as well as the North-South relations. The notion of 'post-development' is introduced.
