Sažetak
Problems and questions of civil-military relations are one of basic questions of national security of every state and often the very survival of a particulare state depends on this solution. Even in the oldest democracies, civil-military conflicts and problems are always present and their solution still presents a challenge for all democracies in future. democratic states must do everything in their power to solve this conflict. Challenges of democratic civil-military relations oppse simple, comprehensive solution which is relevant at any time. Every democratic form of state is faced with unique problems which citizens and soldiers have to solve in the best possible manner. Withe the help of particular mechanisms, procedures, ways of thinking, world's attitudes, officers, citizens, law-makers, diplomats and all others interested in collective defence and national security, it is possible to decrease the effect of this civil-military conflict and effectuate successful policy.
