Sažetak
In the post genomic era protein structure determination has become of great importance since it leads to a three dimensional picture of each gene product and allows better understanding a variety of biological processes at molecular level. Mass spectrometry techniques are widely used for the determination of proteins primary structure through the use of accurate mass measurement and tandem MS sequencing information.
