Sažetak
Modern restorative dentistry means to be fast and to give to the patient the highest quality work and materials as possible. Severely destroyed tooth with inflamed pulp tissue could be successfully repaired after the root canal treatment with bioactive glass-ionomer materials and final, esthetic results could be obtained by modern Gradia Direct composite resin. In this presentation, the ProTaper engine driven instrumentation technique and three different obturation technique will be presented. After root canal treatment, as a dentin substitute, the Fuji II LC Fuji IX fast and Fuji IX GP extra as a part of a brand new Equia system were used, and the tooth crown was repaired using, G-Bond adhesive system and Gradia Direct and Gradia Direct flow composite. At the end, the video presentation of a clinical work with mentioned materials will be presented.
