Sažetak
The aim was to develop a test to measure the digestion of the cells which are unable to replicate, so that the quantity of the material offered for ingestion and digestion remains constant. The method with opsonized and 51^Cr labelled sheep red blood cells is described in detail. The advantage of the test is in that it enables simultaneous measurement of ingestion and antivody dependent cellular cytotoxicity.
