Sažetak
The aim was to adapt macrophage migration inhibition and phagocytosis of opsonized sheep red blood cells to measure the presence of immune complexes (IC) by their interaction via Fc receptors. The sera from RA patients, but not healthy controls, inhibited migration of indicator cells to the extent similar to that of heat aggregated IgG. These results suggest that two tests can be successfully employed for IC detection in clinical medicine.
