Sažetak
The purpose was to evaluate lymphocyte subpopulations and cell mediated response to human native IgG in the peripheral blood of patients with rheumatic diseases. All groups of patients had lymphopenia and lower absolute number of T lymphocytes. The number of B lymphocytes were reduced in RA and AS patients. Cell-mediated immunity to native human IgG was preserved as revealed by migration inhibition in all three groups of patients. The patients with more intensive disease (according to ARA criteria) showed a more pfominent migration inhibition.
