Sažetak
The study was undertaken to compare functions of lung and peritoneal mononuclear phagocytes harvested from normal and immunized animals. Random mobility, spreading ability and phagocytic capacity were analysed. Results indicate that peritoneal and lung phagocytes from normal animals behave differently in various test systems. Responses of these cell populations during an in vitro cell-mediated immune reaction are different also. The differences between gut and lung local immunities could partly be atributed to responses of mononucelar phagocytes.
