Sažetak
The aim has been to investigate the relationship between the migration ability of indicator cells and migration indices obtained by migration inhibition test. The results showed that: a) migration of lymphocytes can be inhibited in the presence of a specific antigen, and b) the results of the migration inhibition test depends on the incubation interval and the size of the migration area.
