Sažetak
The aim has been to determine the surface membrane immunoglobulins of tonsilar and peripheral blood lymphocytes by direct immunofluorescence. The results confirm and extend differences in the proportions of T and B lymphocytes in tonsils and peripheral blood observed in previous study. There is a higher proportion of B lymphocytes in tonsils than in peripheral blood, and the majority of these cells are IgM bearing lymphocytes.
