Sažetak
The effect of cadmium chloride on enzyme acti¬ ; vities in the liver and kidney of the carp (Cyprinus carpio L.) was investigated by histochemical methods. Non-specific esterases activity was inhibited by cad¬ ; mium chloride in liver cells and kidney tubular cells. Acid and alkaline phosphatase activities were elevated in the liver of the experimental group, in comparison with the control group. But in the kidney, the activity of these enzymes was equal both in the experimental and control groups.
