Sažetak
Bass model, as the most convenient one for forecasting of market adoption of new service, could be modified into model with descriptive parameters. Market research surveys should be composed in a way that their analysis results at least in total market capacity and one control point in the future. Although war game theory has been the subject of enormous research, little evidence exists that it is helpful in forecasting. Modelling of Market share with Markov process enables understanding of existing market forces and notification for taking countermeasures. Equilibrium state of Markov process shows what would happen if market forces remain the same.
