Sažetak
This paper presents an improvement of a previously developed model for the dynamic analysis of reinforced concrete planar structures by including the strain rate effects. The model is essentially quite simple and it simulates the most important non-linear effects of these structures behavior. It is primarily intended for applications in the engineering practice. The applications in the model has been illustrated on the examples of simulation of two engineering structures where the strain rate effects have been studied.
