Sažetak
A machine language for quantum computers should be an algebra reproducing a Hilbert space representation of quantum systems. A quantum computer which one wants to simulate a genuine quantum system cannot be given a bare spin algebra. Therefore only single bit rotations and phase shift transformations do not suffice for such a purpose. We present an algebra based on restrictions which any quantum computer have to satisfy in order to enable a direct simulation of quantum systems.
