Sažetak
The Book of papers entitled "Environmental Management ; Trends and Results" presents 32 papers reviewed and revised from 39 initially submitted for the "2nd International Symposium on Environmental Management" (SEM2007), held on September 12-14, 2007 in Zagreb, Croatia. The wide and variety areas of presented papers in the Book clearly demonstrate the importance of multidisciplinary and interdisciplinary approach to the solving of problems within environmental management in all spheres of every day life. The Book provides enough interest data, results, new achievements and pro-active approaches within environmental management to any of readers’ vocation and the field of interest. Approximately 250 environmental professionals and experts, involved in the application of environmental assessment and management in businesses, scientific organizations, and governmental and non-governmental agencies, attended at the SEM2007. The Book is made up of papers focusing and covering the most important topics presented at SEM2007.
