Sažetak
In this paper we consider implementation possibilities of an autopoietic information system for transparent, open and public political project management through a web interface as well as for further development of Internet democracy. We have developed proper documentation for such a system using the strategic planning of information systems (SPIS) framework. We show that it is possible to use this framework in strategic planning of social information systems that can potentially have a large number of users. In the end we give guidelines for the implementation of such a system.
