Sažetak
The present study examines the influence of blank holder force (BHF) and annealing of a blank prior to deep drawing process on earing and hardness of drawn cylindrical cups. An experimental analysis of the two above-mentioned influential factors on deep drawing process using the design of experiment has been done. All other parameters influencing the drawing process were held unchangeable. The research was conducted on a cold-rolled Al-Fe-Si (AA8011A) aluminum sheet utilizing a deep drawing rig built for this experimental work. The hardness measurement was carried out on the blanks before and after annealing process as well as on the drawn cups along their circumference. After the analysis of variance the mathematical models describing the influence of BHF and annealing on hardness and earing were obtained.
