Sažetak
A thyreoglossal duct cyst was diagnosed preoperatively (CT, US) and excised according Sistrunk s principles. Histopathologic analysis reveald a papillary carcinoma arising in the thyreoglossal duct cyst. thirty-eight months after treatment there were no signs of recurerence or metastases of the tumor. A close cooperations between a radiologist, surgeon and pathologist is of an utmost importance
