Sažetak
This scientific paper represents theoretical and practical analysis of issues concerning retailing and very specific area of alliance and merging of small retailers in order to expand their business and fight from large foreign retailers. It explains the gestation of the strategic alliances and gives the basic element of marketing strategy in the period after creating the alliance. It also shows business-operative challenges that stand before these kinds of retailers.
