Sažetak
Changing dynamics and growth of market competition need the implementation of new strategic and logistical approach. The main cause of this article is to present most important strategies for delivering products and services based on outsourcing that can enable faster, more reliable and most of the time cheaper deliverance. The paper researches the implementation of the outsourcing strategies on Croatian market in the field of automobile industry. This paper confirms the basic hypothesis that the application of outsourcing strategy leads to lower costs, improved quality and service efficiency. Also, this paper confirms that the strategy of outsourcing can improve competitive advantage of the brand in the local market.
