Sažetak
Theme of this paper is the overview of development of the postal banking in world and Croatia. This paper identifies the factors that cause this kind of placement of financial services competitive in comparison with traditional distributional bank channels. In empirical part there are interviews with experts which enabled the identification of strengths and weaknesses of this kind of distribution system for financial services and solutions for their further improvement.
