Sažetak
During the last sevral years the number of high deviation angle wells has considerably grosn, making horizontal well drilling a very common practice. Horizontal well drilling technology keeps developing and improving and is used more and more world wide. As numerous practical examples illustrate, it achieves better results in the development of hydrocarbon reservoirs and results in higher recovery. Casing cementing is the most important technological process in the drilling of all wells, especially horizontal ones. Only successful high-quality cementing quarantees long-term field exploitation. Unavoidable factors in the drilling of technically perfect wells include the selection of appropriate cement slurries and cementing procedures. They can fully satisfy the numerous and exceptionally strict technical requrements, which are especially important in horizontal well drilling technology in INA-Naftaplin company.
