Sažetak
Electrochemical depositing of metals has an ever bigger significance in various branches of industry and technology. Especially interesting are the processes of providing coatings of precious metals from complex electrolytes with addition of heavy metals (thallium, lead, anzimony, etc.) as electrolysers which significantly modify the kinetic featuresof the electrochemical process. The lectures also took into consideration the possibility of research into the process of electrochenical depositing by means of the cyclic voltametry. Also, the lectures included within their purver physical methods of catacterisation of the proved metal coatings. in addition to all the above, there was an introduction to Scanning Electron Microscopy (SEM) and Auge Electron Spectroscopy (AES) as method of characterization within research into themorphology and structure of surfaces.
