Sažetak
We believe the Goecke's index is useful to the outpatient gynecologist for classifying and managing patients with gestosis. Each gravida with gestosis with an index over 7 and each patient with an index 4-7 who was refractory to prior therapy must be hospitalized. Gravidas with an index to 3 must be controlled in the outpatient department. The clinical gynecologist will then be acquainted with the patient's disease and the success of therapy. After delivery, he will be able to evaluate whether in the early puerperium grafted gestosis exists. This collaboration will contribute to the maternal safety and the delivery of a healthy child.
