Sažetak
This paper deals with regional co-operation, from the EU perspective and from the perspective of the countries of South East Europe. It analyses the role of regional co-operation within the EU and in the process of EU integration. The focus is on infrastructure because it is necessary for opening up access to trade and investment flows, i.e. for real convergence with the EU. A number of opportunities for strengthening regional cooperation are identified.
