This paper present application of the optimization computer programs on the steramflow pollution protection. Paper formulate river basin optimization model of treatment plant level selection in accordance with river water category. Thry optimization methods ; linear programminig, goal programming, 0-1 programinig ; have been used to select optimal tretament level on the regional scale problem.
