Sažetak
The management of knowledge and human capital is emerging as a primary resource of every economic and social system, a resource that can, ultimately, contribute significantly to sustainable tourism development and the successful management of hotel enterprises. Management of human capital in the knowledge- based economy has new roles and importance. In implementing project management in hotel enterprises, human capital will be a decisive factor. The project manager and members of his project team have a key role in achieving the efficiency of the project management process. As a successful leader of a project team, the project manager needs to have specific knowledge and skills to be able to manage and motivate team members. This will represent an important factor in achieving the set of project goals and ensuring the success of project management in hotel enterprises.
