Sažetak
The construction of sewerage system, treatment works and outfalls desogned for the development of coastal urban areas usually represent a long-lasting and significant invetment. The goal of investment is improvement of coastal sea water quality. The paper present a methodology which tray to explain how environmental conditions in the cosatal sea can be improved with a limiting budget and what is a optimal timinig of the investment and sub-projects. The paper deals with the policy of planning the pollution control infrastructure in the kastela Bay region.
