Sažetak
The contemporary concept of an organization's social responsibility takes into consideration a wide range of responsibilities, represented by the legitimate interests of different stakeholders. Those can be viewed either as individuals, or groups, which can influence the functioning of an organization, which - in turn - acknowledges the entity as a stakeholder. One of the most imporant theories explaining the social/marketing orientation of nonprofit organizations is the multiple constituency/stakeholder approach. It claims that nonfprofit organizations have multiple monteary and non-monetary exchange relations with multiple social groups which differ significantly from bilateral exchange relations found in the profit sector.
