Sažetak
Istra County has a wide known tourism reputation because of the coast, but the communal and tourism authorities are searching for new, innovative ways of tourist offer, so farm tourism became one of the highlights of interest. As rural areas, especially in mountain parts have limited natural resources and income possibilities in non agricultural activities tourism can provide extra income and farm stability. Therefore we set up a research about farm holders and successors about their attitudes toward farm tourism. The results showed that in general successors are more likely to accept new development strategies involving farm tourism then their parents.
