Sažetak
A smaller proportion of "overdiagnosisng" while ICU staff is supervising the ER could be explained with greater experience in the field. Older patients and patients with a history of angina of MI presenting with chest pain could be admitted with greater certainty of UA. Other risk factors seem to be of little help in our population.
