Sažetak
One of the main characteristics of sliding mode control is system’ s invariance to matched uncertainties once the state is on the sliding surface. This paper presents a robust sliding surface design method which decreases the influence of unmatched uncertainties to system behavior. Design is based on Hinf norm and convex optimization approach via linear matrix inequalities. Sliding surface design and simulations are done on a power system model consisting of three interconnected control areas.
