Sažetak
U hepatopankreasu šarana istražen je utjecaj hranjenja hranom s 27 ppm metoksietilnog živinog acetata na aktivnost sljedećih enzima: nespecifičnih esteraza, alkalne i kisele fosfataze, dehidrogenaze mlječne kiseline i NADH2-diaforaze.
