Sažetak
The CuO/sub 2-x/ plane structures were studied in a series of layered high-T/sub c/ superconducting cuprate compounds. All detected structures are correlated either with the oxygen deficiency x within the CuO/sub 2-x/ layer, or with the cation composition and stoichiometry of the layers adjacent to the CuO/sub 2-x/-planes.
