Sažetak
Despite the fact that coinage makes the least part of money supply, the issue of coinage is a very demanding work but also the activity which has a series of effects ranging from nonfiscal and helath to promotion ones. The emission activity is far more complex in the situation when the common currency of more countries is introduced as it is the case in EU. The coinage segment particularly intensifies it. The number of countries which accept the uniform money, effects reached through this activity and the influence of these activities on other countries disregarding their being affiliated members or plan their membership in the Union, by far exceed the frame sof pure emission work. Croatia, taken into consideration its plans connected to Union but also the capacities in this segment and effects which it wants to achieve, must apply already accepted standards on the emission plan of the circulating money and built in all that will be compriesed and regulated on the segment of occasional circulating money respectively.
